Anime Limited Announcements at MCM Comic Con

Announcements include cinema release of Evangelion: 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon A Time, Collector's Blu-rays of One Piece Film Red and Gunbuster

Anime Limited made the following announcements at its Saturday panel at MCM Comic Con London at the ExCel Centre:

- One Piece Film Red (pictured right) will be released as a Collector's Blu-ray, including an A3 poster, a numbered concert ticket, three art cards, a Vinyl sticker, and a booklet.

- There will be cinema releases for both Evangelion 3.0+1.0: Thrice Upon a Time (pictured left) and Macross Plus Movie Edition. An Anime Limited press release specifies that both these films are due later in 2023.

- Hideaki Anno's Gunbuster will have a Collector's Blu-ray release, including a double-sided A3 poster and a 48-page artbook.

- Lupin The 3rd Part 6, Great Pretender and Gundam Build Fighters will all be released as Collector's Blu-rays. (Anime Limited will also release Great Pretender in the U.S. and Canada, and Gundam Build Fighters in France and Belgium.)

- The trilogy of films adapted from the original Mobile Suit Gundam series - Mobile Suit Gundam I, Mobile Suit Gundam II: Soldiers of Sorrow and Mobile Suit Gundam III: Encounters in Space - will be released as a 4K Edition Blu-ray. (Anime Limited will also release the trilogy in France and Belgium.)

- Anime Limited will release the anime film of Mei Hachimoku and Kukka's The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbye (Natsu e no Tunnel, Sayonara no Deguchi) young adult novel in cinemas in the UK and Ireland, on July 14.

- The First Slam Dunk, the new film of Takehiko Inoue's Slam Dunk basketball manga (pictured right) will be released in cinemas in the UK and Ireland on August 30.
