Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc World Tour Screening Comes to Mumbai on April 20 (Updated)

The staff of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training-, the theatrical screening of the one-hour first episode of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc television anime and the final episode of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc, announced on its website on Saturday that the anime's Indian World Tour screening will take place in Mumbai on April 20. Voice actor Natsuki Hanae and producer Yūma Takahashi will attend the screening.

Fans attending the screening will get to participate in a meet-and-greet Hanae and Takahashi.

The screenings for the anime opened in Indian theaters on February 23. Sony Pictures Entertainment hosted a premiere screening for the anime in Mumbai on February 21. Early screenings began in several cities across India on February 22. The film crossed ₹5,19,94,270 in revenue in its first week in India becoming the highest-earning international film in the country so far for 2024.

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc anime will premiere in spring 2024.

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Katanakaji no Sato-Hen) television anime premiered on April 9 with a one-hour special. Crunchyroll and Netflix streamed the anime in India as it aired in Japan. Crunchyroll added the Hindi dub of the anime on May 8.

Theatrical screenings of the anime opened in India in March 2023. The screenings originally opened in February 2023 in 418 theaters in Japan. The screenings included episodes 10 and 11 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc, as well as the first Swordsmith Village Arc episode.

The first television anime of Koyoharu Gotouge's Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga premiered in April 2019.

The Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train anime film began screening in Japan in October 2020. The film opened in India in August 2021.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc, a seven-episode arc that adapts the Mugen Train film, premiered in October 2021. The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yūkaku-hen) television anime then premiered in December 2021 with a one-hour special. Crunchyroll added Hindi and Indian English dubs for both seasons.

Update: Sony Pictures Entertainment confirmed with ANN that Natsuki Hanae and Yūma Takahashi will participate in a meet-and-greet with fans preceding the screening.
