Konami Digital Entertainment Launches First Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal Title for the Nintendo 3DS

Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal World Duel Carnival Available Now

El Segundo, CA (September 25, 2014)Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (KONAMI) and Nintendo team up to bring one of the most popular Yu-Gi-Oh! universes to Nintendo 3DS game players with the release of Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal World Duel Carnival, available today on the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS. The new title will be available for $19.99 in the U.S. Additionally, Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal World Duel Carnival will be released in Canada, Mexico and Brazil.

KONAMI brings well-known characters Yuma, Kite, Shark and Tori to life from the popular TV series in Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal World Duel Carnival. The game takes place in the World Duel Carnival where you and 11 playable characters, each with a unique storyline, are vying to compete in the tournament! Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal World Duel Carnival also allows the player to develop their character's Deck from the more than 5,700 cards in the game. Similarly, a total of 40 characters from the TV show are featured, who players will meet as they prepare for the tournament. Newcomers to the series will be able to hone their skills courtesy of the game's tutorial elements, making Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal World Duel Carnival the perfect entry point for newcomers to the world of the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG.
