Foodie Themed Manga Contest Enters Judging
SILENT MANGA AUDITION Round Seven officially closed.
Kichijoji, Tokyo, Japan 3rd of April 2017 - The Japanese manga publisher Coamix Inc. announced the SILENT MANGA AUDITION® Round Seven (SMA7) entry period was closed on 3rd of April 2017. During the half-year entry period manga creators from around the world submitted works based on the theme “Unforgettable Taste”.
The SMA7 submissions are currently being judged by the Coamix Board of Managing Directors and Coamix plans to announce the award winners in Summer 2017.
Since the inception of the SILENT MANGA AUDITION® in 2012, Coamix has been able to find global manga talent and share their works with the world. The highest achievers of the SILENT MANGA AUDITION® have also been featured in manga news outlets in their home country, making the Audition gain even more popularity among aspiring manga creators around the world. With the rapid growth of the Audition Coamix has plans to expand the project by promoting manga festival and working with SILENT MANGA AUDITION® entrants towards becoming professional manga creators.
