Azoland Pictures and Sentai Filmworks to Release Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions - Take On Me in Select Theaters, November 2018

Pasadena, CA (October 18, 2018) - Azoland Pictures and Sentai Filmworks announced the forthcoming theatrical release of the highly anticipated anime feature film, Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions - Take On Me. Following the North American premiere at Los Angeles Anime Film Festival in Los Angeles, California, the film will be released in select theaters across North America starting November 2, 2018. Theater patrons will receive an exclusive giveaway item with each purchased ticket at participating theaters, while supplies last. The filmwill be shown with Japanese audio and English subtitles.

Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions is based off the light novel, of the same name, written by Torako. It received an anime adaption produced by Kyoto Animation and directed by Tatsuya Ishihara in 2012. The series continued on for Season 2, Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions -Heart Throb- in 2014. Sentai Filmworks has released both the TV series in North America, attracting a number of viewers worldwide with their unique Chunibyo (delusional) world, cute high school romance comedy and epic action scenes.

Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions - Take On Me premiered at over 70 theaters in Japan in January 2018 and ranked #6 at the box office on its opening weekend.
