Anime NYC Expands With More Features, More Fans and More Space With New Date of August 2024

NEW YORK, NY – Anime NYC powered by Crunchyroll is moving to August in 2024 and for the first time taking over the entire Javits Center. For years, the show has been at capacity with the November date. Due to the ever-expanding market of anime and the phenomenal growth of the show, we have been able to partner with the Javits Center to secure the full main building starting August 23-25, 2024!

Anime NYC's move to August has been in the works for a number of years, and we can't thank our friends at the Javits and across the anime industry for all their support,” commented MK Goodwin, VP of Anime Portfolio. “Anime NYC can only welcome all the amazing guests and special events we have because of this trust and passion, and we're excited now to create the biggest and best Anime NYC yet to bring the anime industry and anime fans together like never before in the biggest city in the USA!”

The new date will allow Anime NYC to offer fans more space to showcase more features including expanded gaming, cosplay, food, music, traditional culture and so much more. There will also be more panel rooms, allowing for more panels, screenings, workshops, and special events. There will even be more weekend and day tickets available to fans. With this new date, the initial launch of ticket sales will be December 5, 2023.
