Can't seem to find anything on the official website about it. Is the "TV Ver." exclusive to western audiences?

I was assuming it’s the same as when Crunchyroll split the Digimon Tri films into episodes. That was Western exclusive, I believe.

The show produced as a tv-anime, which later got changed to movie format, is getting a western release as a tv-anime? Color me shocked, who could seen that coming.
