One commenter posted a screenshot of Okawa's tweet from June 2017 that includes a flippant remark about wanting to kill the person who thought of convenience store LAWSON's spork-like utensils.

I was momentarily concerned that there'd be a legitimate basis for the ban. Unfortunate revelations about prominent mangaka have certainly caused their share of anguish as of late.

do you seriously think that "companies" make these decisions

this kind of thing always happens because of poor underlying systems, not because conglomerates were "stupid"

By their "haters", do they mean those who hate their work or is it a bunch of false-flagging trolls?

We literally have no details so we can't say who the stupid party in this is. Regardless, Social Media companies have to act if things are bad

He's back online.
He said there was a problem with a copyright issue with his Guncannon tweet.

I hate Twitter. There's an account on there that repeatedly asks its followers to acquire a machine gun, find me (along with a real-life visual description), and shoot both me and my family with it.

I've reported said account numerous times and each time I'm told that although I might personally be bothered by the content, it doesn't violate any policies. F**k you, Twitter.

I know, right? If he had threatened to use the spork as the weapon in the murder in question, I might get angry because plastic knives are so much easier.

For some time now, these companies are suspending accounts not only terrorists, racists and people bulling others, but also accounts that are simply people that have different politic views from the ones that the company owners have. Just look how many conservative accounts are banned by facebook just because of conservative views.

Also i have reported some accounts that have hate views and offensive sexual contend that try to make me follow them and none was suspended.

I don't know if is company policy or only over zealous company workers but these company have to be more carefully with who they hire or what programs they use to oversee the accounts.
Incompetence of the overseer is not a excuse for this companies behavior.
