My guess is because the cast is mostly made up of strong Male characters. Chicks dig Bakugo.

Boku no hero is a sea of hot and cute boys, also a lot of girls like Shonen action series. This combination create a perfect attraction for young girls. It's like why a lot of boys like Sailor Moon and Precure

The male cast. Pretty much all of the shonen series that have gotten super popular with female viewers/readers is because of that.

It probably has something to do with the main character being so cute, freckled faced, and beta. From my own experiences and inner circle of friends, all the girls love Deku.
