I mean...it is a still image...so yeah, not a lot of "animation." Unless you are taking this single image and somehow applying it to the ENTIRE anime itself...in that case, I would ask why you are doing that? And what could possibly possess you to assume the unveiling of a key image is somehow indicative of the all animation of a yet unreleased anime?

He probably saw the first PV released which is what made him come to that conclusion
