The fact that no one (Crunchy, Netflix, etc) has announced this show in their upcoming roster could be signifying a massive bidding war is happening behind the screen.

Yeah, it's either the main 3 or even the newcomers, Disney+ and HBO Max.

Rumored to be licensed by CR according to the leaker who accurately leaked that CR licensed Platinum End, Takt op and Spy X Family before CR made the official announcements.

Another reliable leaker said it'll go to Netflix.

Here’s where I got this info:
https://twitter.com/shonenzup_us?s=21
https://twitter.com/shonenzup_us/status/1471527263791456257?s=21

They’ve been spot on with everything they’ve shared, all before the official announcements. Take it what you will.

If it’s this and what that Weibo user said are both true, he could be referring to distribution in Asia.

Part of me is surprised mostly because of how these negotiations usually go.

That music reminds me of Pink Floyd’s Anither Brick in the Wall.

That animated visual at the end...

This will be a huge get wherever it ends up.

Man, I can't wait! The little tease at the end only makes me want to see more. Methinks they are going all-out on this one.

It's going to be an interesting Tug-of-War bidding battle between Crunchyroll and Netflix on licensing Chainsaw Man, but only one of them would license the series, so with that we'll play the waiting game.

This is going to be hyped to hell and back, so whenever it airs - I just hope it doesn't end up overshadowing Jigokuraku.
