spoiler[It's Henry, duh. Just not really Henry anymore. This is one of my gripes with the manga, Kanno kept him around but didn't really know what to do with him anymore.]

The manga's finished at 17 volumes, but there's a good chance that the anime will go past what's released in English currently.
