I'm not even a One Piece fan and I want to order one of those Melon Cakes.
Bet you sweet money it's only available for a limited time. According to the website they have sold over 30,000 cakes. Also the top part is not edible but the outer purple layer is plastic chocolate, which they say is edible but not recommended. I kind of figured since in the video shown they left the outer shell alone. Even if Japan opened up in June like they plan to in limited numbers you can't walk in and buy one. It's a mail order service only and the lead time is about 5-7 days minimum. Guess on my next trip won't be able to get one. |

It probably wouldn't hold out too well being shipped outside Japan unless they shipped it with international next day service. |
