Glad to see The fire Hunter/Hikari no ou confirmed for streaming. It's by far my most anticipated series for the season (and probably for the whole 2023) and I was starting to get worried about it not being picked for streaming by anyone due the sheer lack of hype is getting... too bad it's not getting a dub but, oh well, I'm really glad to see it in the list anyway Laughing

Wait a sec, how many episodes will Idolish7 Third Beat have? I thought we had 2, maybe 3 episodes left (not that I'm complaining).

And since I'm the Narou-anime-tracking guy, I find it striking that they didn't get The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten, the most anticipated of this season's oversized crop.

(I also don't see Endo and Kobayashi Live!, Farming Life in Another World, or The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess. Maybe HIDIVE is doing all four?)

I believe Endo and Kobayashi is HIDIVE.

I sure hope one of those TBA slots goes to Hirogaru Sky Pretty Cure…and that they actually announce streaming it early instead of saying “guess what we got it” on the actual air date like they did with Delicious Party

I wonder if CR is going to stream Yowai Dragon's JP dub?

Hidive has yet to make mention of any new show acquisitions. Excited to see what more they have in store besides the ones they announced a few months ago.

They will definitely announce it the literal day before like they have done with every Precure and Toei IP before.

That might be a situation like Ore, Tsushima where the distributer subs the anime themselves or something, not sure though. Crunchy's probably announcing it later if they or Viz are licensing it (they always save titles for later announcements), but it could also be Hidive or some other licensor licensing it.

It always seems to be unclear with short series.

I don't read the game's story but we have a decent amount left to go according to the Idolish7 wiki and as I'm scrolling thru the fantranslated google docs. Part 3 of the game has 20 chapters and the latest episode brings us up to near the end of Chapter 17. So I'd estimate maybe 6 more episodes? Each chapter itself is pretty long.

Please Crunchyroll bring back at least the lead voice actors from the original Trigun dub for the Trigun Stampede dub and don't cheap out on this.

I thought with Tropical-Rouge they announced it back when the Cures for the season were revealed.

Looking like a pretty good lineup!

Thankfully since Aniplex is handling Nier, there probably won't be another issue with Kyle reprising his role.

Definitely morbidly curious to see what happens with the Vinland Saga dub considering the circumstances.

Hopefully when they announce the Nagatoro season 2 dub cast we get a full cast list.

I was wondering if they would handle In/Spectre season 2 like they did Mob or just dub it normally at LA...but I guess that will be a backlog dub. Sorry Brandon/Lizzie/Cristina!

Um...I hope the Fruit of Evolution cast is looking forward to reprising their roles.

Nice to see more romances getting dubbed with Sugar Apple Fairy and Ice Guy and his Cool Female Colleague. Iceblade Sorcerer and Reincarnation of the Sorcerer for the more Harem fantasy dub.

At least Anos' VA will be consistent in English.

They already had a dub cast for Tomo-chan ready and even did the trailer. I thought they'd have pre-release material ready so they could maybe release the dub same day as the sub.

Who will get "The Angel Next Door Spoils me Rotten?"

I remember they didn't get anybody back but JYB as Vash in the movie, although this is such a radical reboot of the series compared to other "Brotherhood" situations that I'm not sure what their approach will be.

What's the situation with the English dub for Berserk Memorial Edition? They announced a dub for that back at the beginning of the season but it's been silence since then about it. There's also still no word on a dub for the latest season of the LOGH reboot.
