It's pretty clear that Araki has a Stone Mask lying around, because he doesn't look like he's aged a day in decades.

Araki has recently stated that he plans to keep working on Jojo for the rest of his life

As far as I know he’s seemingly has never had the problem especially when the current Jojo books if I’m not mistaken not being on a weekly release as the books were originally.
Now if he can take his time to layout a story not rife with plot holes and other unexplained stuff that’ll be great too.
