Thanks for publishing this interview! I've just finished reading the third English-translated volume of Kowloon Generic Romance, and it is probably my current favourite new manga series. I can hardly wait until the next volume is published in July.
The art is gorgeous, the plot mysterious, and the characters entrancing. I picked it up because I loved the After the Rain anime so much, but I think I like Kowloon Generic Romance even more. |

After reading After the Rain and loving it, (and especially taken by her style of artwork) I will read any of her work that comes across the ocean. Kowloon is nothing like Rain, but I'm enjoying the story and it's mysterious setting and quasi sci-fi trappings. And those backgrounds are boss!
