Correction:

The version used for the ending is a COVER of the song by the characters, namely a solo version by either Mito, Ruka, or Ren, or a duet version by Mito and Ruka or Mito and Ren.

Everything here is completely wrong, the actual ED is a cover of Mata Ashita by either:
Kana Ichinose
Shunichi Toki
Yuuichirou Umehara
Kana Ichinose & Shunichi Toki
Kana Ichinose & Yuuichirou Umehara

The order of the EDs and which episodes they would be in was not revealed.
