Sooo, when can we expect KeyAni to leave those stupid graphic novels and animate Haruhi 2 and FMP 4?

I hope this has a better ending then the 2 OVA's, I really liked the animation and the magical battle's in them, Kyoto Animation was good even back then, I hope this series does well and gets over to the US quickly.

I'm surprised that Munto isn't that good on the first look, they say it's quite awful, they say the animation and story aren't that good enough to make this a first priority for Kyoto Animation Projects before haruhi and other popular series.

All it means that there are circumstances that this anime would be a great masterpiece or for so, they made Kanon (old) made to Masterpiece by the remake of KyoAni.

I don't expect to much though, but I'm hoping they go far for this instead of popular anime for the waiting sequel.

Edit: I corrected on italized word.[/i]

Is this the first time KyoAni has worked on two projects simultaneously? This should be interesting.

I'm not sure waht you're trying to say but all Munto projects have been produced by KyoAni so far. They're not adapting material for the first time now.
I watched the old Munto OVA and although I wasn't impressed with it, it was far better than the usual crap they produce.

Munto OVAs were a nice fantasy coming of age tale. It's KyoAni's baby and they have every right to finish their original projects.

It's about time we finally get to see the ending for this one.

Then, hopefully we get a planetarian OVA. There's always more Vsual Art's/Key titles that need adapting.

I'm sure Haruhi 2 is being done right now, as for Full Metal Panic, I can only hope. Though, I think eventually there will be another FMP.

I think Haruhi-chan is a minor thing. The reason I say they are working on Haruhi 2 is because they have shown some concept art and stills in an old issue of Newtype (Japanese version). Also, Haruhi-chan is a youtube series they are making, so they aren't really making that as a true edition to the series since they won't make much, if any money off of it.

The trailer looks like it's made with animation from the two OVAs. Wasn't this suppose to be a trailer for the new anime?

Yeah but I don't think that they would work on two full series at the same time.

I'm not very excited about Munto either way. It doesn't look much better than the OVA series when they were less well known and had a seemingly smaller budget.

TSR was produced in 2005...and there haven't been ANY rumblings of a fourth series as of late, not on ANN, Wikipedia, or anywhere else. So I'm assuming that for the moment, we only have the three shows that were produced.

Also, why do I want to automatically file this under "yet another bland show with a moe character"? Haven't we had enough of those yet?

Yes, yes we have. The return of annoying super moe Mikuru would be interesting though. As long as she serves for a tongue-in-cheek parody thing.
