Kinda freaked out when reports about this first rolled in last Tuesday after having just sent them $170 for exclusives (Wonderfest figma Roger Smith and Aigis, CJ! figma Miku Hatsune). I'm glad this was only a mistake and not a change in method, however, it's still rather troublesome. You can't put a package in the mail and send it off with an ETA of two to three months and expect it to arrive in good condition. Hope they have a replacement parts plan in line.
