It's not. It's just a string of jokes about Osaka or Osakan stereotypes that may or may not entertain people.

This is one show I don't really see the point of having it on Bluray, though, even if you like what it has to offer in the comedy department, because the art -- even more so the animation -- is freaking terrible.

Its Blu-Ray only, so its not like people have a choice. Thats becoming more and more common now.
