Latest games GTA will outsell FF in Japan. *mindblown*
GTA5 will be Japan's best-selling PS3 (and thus home console) game of 2013.

Weak week for handheld games (obviously no Black Friday, though some countries are trying to have their own BF equivalent to raise sales), allowing home console games a good showing. Vita TV not showing good tail.

It is more than just a port, new scenarios and so on but you are right, it is essentially a remake of an old PC game with some additions. Still, I thought it might have some new fans due to the anime and re-release of the music. I am enjoying it anyway!

White Album 2 PS Vita is a port of the PS3 version. So it's not really much different besides these

Quote:
The PS Vita port will include the options to turn off event illustrations and bust-up character portraits. If you want to turn off both, you can switch to Novel Mode, which displays just text.

In addition, the game will include an icon that appears on the screen before a famous scene voted on by fans. According to Producer Naoya Shimokawa, this will prevent you from embarrassing yourself by crying in public.

Could be wrong but the CDJapan listing mentions "added scenario(s)" (シナリオを追加し):

The "warning, you may be about to cry" feature does sound useful though!

But why would you want to turn off the pictures? That is what makes it a visual novel, otherwise they might as well just put out a book version though as long as they keep the music that is enough for me, that is the best part of these series. Earlier versions had a book for what happens between introductory chapter and final chapter.
