This and Silver Will are the mecha shows that might have potential. F/Z creators definitely makes me interested to check it out.

You know when I first heard the plot the whole story sounded like a boilerplate Gundam ripoff.

And now I see how Urobuchi came up with this concept. I like it alot. Take Gundam, and flip the perspective to the civilians and grunts. No teenage Newtypes who can decide the fate of the world and no ultimate badguy that can be stopped to end the conflict.

Everyone is at the mercy of the the agendas of their respective governments, a powder-keg political situation and long history of resentment.

That's fascinating, has the potential to be amazing. A shame Urobuchi's not writing the scripts.

Uhhhh I don't know you guys.... had I not known Urobuchi was attached I would probably pass this one up. Nothing really..... stands out. Except the music, the music is good.

And I guess the mech stand out too, but not for the right reasons (the way they decided to animate them).

I like sawano music, but his music sounds very similar. I hope I'm not burned out on his music when this and xenoblade come out.

We'll have see how it goes. It does look like unrealistic political situation that triggering it. *shrugs* Summer not looking so hot this time for anime, see if this is any good aside from pretty Mech pictures.
