It's great seeing that the model of the Sealing Wand has improved over the years.

So, how long is this full-size how supposed to be? I find $100 to be too much.

I knew it was only a matter of time! (^.^)

Also, this is not the first life-sized replica. For those who don't know, Bandai produced a 1/1 scale replica wand in 1998. It was a limited production run and predates the mass released ones that are pictured in the article.

As someone who spent more money than necessary collecting all the old toys, I'm kinda glad that this new one doesn't have the electronics as it differentiates itself from the previous version. Not to mention, allowing to go for 4-5 times less. (Though I wouldn't put it past Bandai making an updated version for their Proplica line, seeing that they still have the rights.)

I will agree it's ridiculously expensive, I mean $100 for a item that looks like it cost about 15$ to produce. At least it looks more convincing then the "evil stick" bootleg.

So, does it do anything? Also, I find it hilarious Bandai could produce something of this size for just slightly more than the much tinier Sailor Moon Proplicas.

Although after this I don't think I am gonna be supporting the Proplica line anymore. If they can make something that should be at least two feet large for $120, why do they charge $100 for something less than half as big?

Hope for a $100 it's at least something like aluminum not just a cheap plastic wand made in China for 10 bucks.

1) This is MOVIC, not Bandai

2) This isn't a Proplica

3) This is just a prop. No lights, no sounds, etc. The Sailor Moon ones have both.

Well, as long as it's not the 'Evil Stick'. Now remember folks you're not little kids so actual size may vary. Hahaha! Now can I use this to hit some one over the head and turn them into a card? Laughing Laughing
