Oh man. I really love Chan-wook Park's work, and it feels like the type of story he'd do hell, so hopefully this will turn out to be a great movie.

So if this does well, is there any chance the other Project Itou titles will get a Hollywood treatment? Granted the premise for Genocidal Organ sounds like the most summer Hollywood movie type ever compared to the other two.

After first reading this title, I thought they were saying Chan-wook Park was going to direct the anime version of this film.
now THAT would be something else. Anyway, cool. I would not mind seeing a live-action version. I'm actually really looking forward to it, to be honest. OldBoy is fantastic. |

If Hollywood get a interest, it can be possible - especially the Empire of Corpses, which is pretty much the western steampunk fantasy. Not really sure about the Harmony, but it also can get a good treatment. |

dark: If a movie adaptation with more recognition like Dredd couldn't recoup its costs, there's no chance in hell this one will do well.
