One Piece Episode of Nami Anime Special's Web-Exclusive Ad Streamed

Fuji TV began streaming a one-minute commercial for the One Piece Episode of Nami: Kōkaishi no Namida to Nakama no Kizuna (One Piece Episode of Nami: Tears of a Navigator and the Bonds of Friends) anime special on Wednesday. The video, exclusive to YouTube, outlines the story of the two-hour special.
The special will recreate the story arc about the home village of the pirate crew's navigator Nami with new animation. The seven-member pop group AAA is covering the One Piece anime's first opening theme song "We Are!" for the special, and AAA vocalist Takahiro Nishijima will make his voice-acting debut in the special.
The special will air on Saturday at 9:00 p.m. in Japan (8:00 a.m. EDT). (The One Piece television anime series normally airs on Sunday mornings.)
