President: NIS May Add More Anime Into Games & Adapt More Games Into Anime

Nippon Ichi Software President Sohei Niikawa told the Joystiq website that his company may add more anime scenes in its games — and adapt more of its games into anime. He explained that he has been meeting more people in the anime industry since he was also appointed the president of Nippon Ichi Software's NIS America (NISA) subsidiary.
Niikawa acknowledged that a previous attempt to adapt a NIS game into anime, Disgaea, "didn't do too well." However, he added that he "love to try again" with better art.
