Evangelion's Khara Produces 'Peaceful Times (F02) petit film'

The official blog for Khara's Evangelion film series announced on Friday that the studio is producing "Peaceful Times (F02) petit film" and will debut it in mid-November. Evangelion director Hideaki Anno is supervising the "petit film," and Mahiro Maeda (Blue Submarine No. 6, Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo, Evangelion: 3.0) is directing and storyboarding. Shiro Sagisu (Evangelion, Magi, Berserk films) provided the music, and voice actress Megumi Hayashibara (Evangelion's Rei Ayanami) narrates.
"Peaceful Times" is the name of the chorus song used in the preview at the end of Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo. The cover of Sagisu's album "SHIRO'S SONGBOOK 'Xpressions" (pictured right) uses storyboard drawings by Maeda. The CD will be released on November 2.
