Teen Arrested for Bomb Threats Against Love Live! Sunshine!! Concerts

Police from Tokorozawa City in Saitama Prefecture announced on Saturday that they arrested a 17-year-old male third-year student from a private Setouchi City high school in Okayama Prefecture on the charge of obstructing business. The suspect allegedly posted bomb threats against Love Live! Sunshine!! concerts in Tokorozawa on a social networking service.
According to the police, the suspect posted the name of the June 9 and 10 "Love Live! Sunshine!! Aqours 3rd Love Live! Tour ~Wonderful Stories~" concerts at Tokorozawa City's MetLife Dome, along with text messages threatening a series of explosions. The suspect also allegedly posted photographs and videos of firecracker-like objects being wrapped together with tape.
The police report that the suspect admitted to the charge, saying, "I wanted to be noticed."
