Ani-One Asia Licenses Tales of Wedding Rings, Mashle Season 2, The Weakest Tamer Anime

Tales of Wedding Rings premieres on Saturday, Mashle on Sunday

Ani-One Asia announced on Wednesday that it has licensed the television anime of Maybe's Tales of Wedding Rings (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari) manga, Mashle: Magic and Muscles The Divine Visionary Candidate Exam Arc, and the television anime of Honobonoru500 and Nama's The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash (Saijaku Tamer wa Gomihiroi no Tabi o Hajimemashita.) light novel series.

The stream for Tales of Wedding Rings will premiere on Saturday at 9:00 p.m. The anime will premiere in Japan on Saturday. AFA Singapore hosted a premiere screening for the anime's first episode on November 24.

Yen Press is publishing the manga in English, and it describes the story:

When Satou's best friend, Hime, tells him that she's moving, he decides to follow. After crashing her wedding in another world, he ends up as the groom when she suddenly kisses him! Prophecy states that her husband is destined to be the Ring King-a hero of immense power who will save the world from the Abyssal King! Is Satou up for the challenge, or is his new marriage going to end before it even begins?

Takashi Naoya (Real Girl) is directing the anime at Staple Entertainment, Deko Akao (After the Rain) is in charge of series scripts, and Saori Nakashiki (The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!) is designing the characters.

Sizuk is performing the opening theme song "Lover's Eye," and AliA is performing the ending theme song "Kokoro no Naka" (In the Heart).

The stream for Mashle: Magic and Muscles The Divine Visionary Candidate Exam Arc, the second season of the television anime of Hajime Kōmoto's Mashle: Magic and Muscles manga, will debut on Sunday at 12:00 a.m. The anime will premiere in Japan on Saturday.

Both Viz Media's Shonen Jump service and Shueisha's MANGA Plus service are publishing the manga digitally in English. Viz Media is also releasing the manga in print. Shueisha describes the manga:

This is a world of magic where magic is used for everything. But deep in the forest exists a young man who spends his time training and bulking up. He can't use magic, but he enjoys a peaceful life with his father. But one day, his life is put in danger! Will his muscular body protect him from the magic users who are out to get him? Powerfully trained muscles crush magic as this abnormal magical fantasy begins!

Tomonari Tanaka (Engage Kiss, Visual Prison) is directing the anime at A-1 Pictures. Yousuke Kuroda (My Hero Academia all six seasons, Mobile Suit Gundam 00) is in charge of the series scripts, and Hisashi Higashijima (key animation on Tada Never Falls in Love) is the character designer. Masaru Yokoyama (2019 Fruits Basket, Astra Lost in Space) is composing the music.

Creepy Nuts' is performing the opening theme song "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born," and Shiritsu Ebisu Chūgaku is performing the ending theme song "Tokyo's Way."

The anime's first season premiered in Japan on April 7. Ani-One Asia streamed the anime as it aired.

The stream for The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash will debut on January 12 at 10:30 p.m. GMT +8. The anime will premiere in Japan on January 12.

Seven Seas Entertainment has licensed both the novel series and its manga adaptation, and it describes the story:

Young Ivy can't catch a break. Though she has a few memories of her past life, she was reborn into an RPG-like world in the weakest class, and worse, as the weakest rank. As a no-star Tamer, even her parents want nothing to do with her, and she soon realizes she must survive on her own. She learns to live off the land and salvage what she can from other people's leavings. But when Ivy manages to tame Sora, a lowly slime, everything changes for both of them. There's something special about this frail little monster, and Ivy's care will bring out the best in both of them!

Shigeyasu Yamauchi (Boys Over Flowers, Casshern Sins, Dream Eater Merry) is credited as supervising director, while Naoki Horiuchi (episode director for Naruto Shippūden, Vivy -Fluorite Eye's Song-, The Demon Girl Next Door) is directing the anime at Studio Massket. Katsuhiko Takayama (Looking Up at the Half Moon, ef: a tale of memories, Ga-Rei: Zero) is in charge of series composition. Feng Cheng Hu and Yuki Ikeda are the character designers. Kujira Yumemi (In the Land of Leadale, Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible) is composing the music. Lantis is credited for music production.

Aina Suzuki performs the anime's opening theme song "Hate no Nai Tabi" (A Journey Without End). Tei performs the anime's ending theme song "because."
