I take back saying that Ouran High School Host Club was the funniest thing I have watched because this tops it. The characters are hilarious and the gags are too much for my stomach to handle cause they are just that funny. I can't wait for the second season to be dubbed and am glad that Funimation licensed the OVA's and the Second Season. |

Absolutely hilarious, but we a lot more plot development and actual series episodes then the first season. Some of the episodes were actually quite sweet and they make you really get attached to the characters. |

A terrific anime series that feels like a gangster/organized crime movie. It has a perfect amount of profanity and hilarious moments as well as intense/dramatic moments. Revy, Rock and the gang have an amazing connection that is unbelievable convincing in the dub...ya i said dub...U Mad?. The dub is perfect because the conversations and chemistry between the characters and the added profanities hit you harder when it feels like a conversation you could be having over some drinks with buddies. |

The first couple episodes with the serial killer twins are, in my opinion, some of the best scenes in any anime I have ever watched. There are some hard hitting scenes and it makes the organized crime seem a bit less happy go lucky as it did in the first series, that being said things later on go a bit too happy for a point and then get depressing around the end. I still really enjoyed this anime, but I am still waiting for an ending to the series, or for the Manga to come out of Hiatus!! |

A great series with very likeable characters, amazing animation, and a very entertaining story line. It is reminiscent of Shonen shows like Naruto and Bleach but has an ending in mind which means every episode contains entertaining content. |

A fantastic series with Characters you really get attached to, which makes the story that much more depressing in the end. It still is a darkly beautiful series and even though it has its goofy moments its as disturbing as Elfen lied in terms of context. Still a must watch for any anime fan. |

One of the funniest series I have ever watched, also had a few sad and dramatic moments but it pales in comparison to the second season (After Story). You have to watch this before you watch After Story unless you have played the visual novel. |

The outright biggest roller coaster of emotions I have ever been on. I know that may sound cliché, but to anyone who has seen it they would know what I am trying to say. By watching Clannad's first series you grow to love and get attached to these characters, and this is what makes After Story so hard to watch. These character will go through some tragic things that would make the toughest mother fuckers cry. To give you an example I have only cried out loud 3 times in my conscious life, when my Grandfather died, when my first dog died, and watching this Goddamn show. I will tell anyone who reads this one thing that I wish someone told me, there is a happy ending. I didn't know this so there were some points where I did not want to go on to the next episode. So please anyone who enjoys anime needs to watch both Clannad and After Story. You may think it is only for Girls by looking at the art, amv's, or box covers but it really is for everyone. |

A fantastic series that even though it was made in the 90's it set a new standard for anime that licencing companies still follow today. The music was unbelievable and was used at the perfect moments. Overall this is something I could recommend to even non-anime fans. |

A perfect 2 hour bebop mission, and I am glad that I watch in chronological order (In between episodes 22 and 23) because it just gives you a better feeling watching it straight through and not knowing what will happen after the events of the movie. Animation for 2001 was so surprising because it looked as good as somethings today. |

Holy Jesus what a fantastic movie. So many mindfucks and Gasp out loud moments that its just crazy to watch while also keeping that Haruhi feeling that I know and love. I can not wait until they continue the story because it is only going to get more awesome. |

A fantastic series that is just on a higher level then the original. It told the story and developed the characters way better then the original ever did. The ending was much more fitting to the story. Animation was beautiful and things happen the way they should have in the first series. The very last ending frame is amazing! |

My new favourite anime. It beat everything I have ever watched in terms of epicness (epicocity). It started off normal enough, but eventually it gets to such a huge scale that its hard to comprehend. It was ridiculousness through and through and that made the story so crazy, and you will never have a grasp of what is going on, but it is done in a perfect way that makes the entire anime entertaining and you never want to stop watching after you watch the first episodes. Absolutely perfect anime! |

The only thing is the directors must have been high while making this show, so many parts during this show don't seem to fit or are blatant fanservice(I didn't mind but it easily bothers others). But despite its flaws that some other anime viewers would see I enjoyed myself the entire way through the first season and cannot wait for the second. |

A confusing show that is both hilarious and entertaining. I watched it in the right order so that it was not as confusing, but what the hell was with the endless eight and the ending (or lack there of)? Nevertheless I still enjoyed the series greatly, mainly because the dub cast was directly from the gods with Crispin Freeman and Johnny Yong Bosh both playing main roles. I just want the Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya movie to get dubbed so I can see why it is number one on this website for best anime, and if the dub cast comes back I am sure that it will be fantastic. |

One of the funniest things I have ever watched. The way in which the show tells a pretty good story at the same time as never taking itself serious is where this show really shines. It is a parody of a lot of things in Otaku culture. To enjoy this show you have to keep an open mind that it is a parody of harems, yaoi, yuri, and moe so you can not be a homophobe or an only action anime watcher if you plan to watch this show. |

Just a relaxing series that you just fell good watching. You will laugh and be intrigued. It is not for everyone, but try it if you want to change things up. Love the setting, it's like Medieval Germany which is beautiful. It all looks like a western painting. |

A very good 90's anime with a great story line, awesome setting, and fun characters. It was way deeper then I was expecting coming from a 90's anime. The musical score was fantastic and all the songs can get stuck in your head, and Scattered Rain can give you goosebumps within a second of listening to it. |
