Seriously? Causing my computer to scream at me is not a good ad strategy.

It resets ever time I go to a new page. It's worse when I open multiple tabs.

And it just keeps repeating until I click on it. I imagine inspiring the viewer to click an ad to 'make it stop' would be an effective way to launch some spy-ware/virus/etc. I'm not saying that's what it's doing, but getting people to click on stuff whether they want to or not is how that strategy works.

I prefer no audio, but if you must have it, turn off for the duration of the visit once a mute request has been made.
